The present study was designed to investigate whether three sodium hyaluronic acid (HyA) medical products, Artz(®), Suvenyl(®) and a chemically modified derivative of sodium HyA Synvisc(®), can be used as suitable vehicles for an osteoconductive octacalcium phosphate (OCP).
