The present paper reports the Photoluminescence (PL) curves of Erbium doped Gd2O3 phosphors. Gd2O3:Er 3+ Phosphor was synthesized by combustion synthesis method. The phosphor were characterized by using X-ray diffractometer (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) and photoluminescence emission spectra.
