Objective To study the effect of CD158 receptor epitope blocking on killing activity of NK cells in patients with acute myeloid leukemia(AML). Methods Peripheral blood NK cells were isolated from anAML patient and healthy donor, and leukemia and K562 cells served as target cells. The killing activity at different E/T ratios(1:1, 5:1 and 10:1) was detected by CCK-8 kit before and after CD158 receptor epitopes were blocked with anti-CDl58a and CDl58b monoclonal antibodies.
