Objective: To study the effect of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cell transplantation on wound repair after myocardial infarction and provide the theoretical basics for MSC transplantation. Methods: Rat model of AMI was performed and allogenic MSC were isolated and cultured. Twenty μL MSC labeled with BrdU[(0.5~1.0)×105 cells/μL] were transplanted in the infarct region 7 days after AMI.
