BackgroundCushing's Syndrome (CS) which is caused by isolated Corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH) production, rather than adrenocorticotropin (ACTH) production, is extremely rare.MethodsWe describe the clinical presentation, course, laboratory values and pathologic findings of a patient with isolated ectopic CRH causing CS.
