The Andhra Pradesh Mutually Aided Co-operative Societies Act 1995 (APMACS) implemented in the state of Andhra Pradesh has rectified a number of restrictive provisions of the earlier co-operative law in Andhra Pradesh. The average size of the farm was 4.68 ha on mutually aided cooperative society (MACS) and 5.12 ha on non-MACS.
