The role of specific B lymphocytes and T-cell populations in the control of experimental Echinococus multilocularis infection was studied in micro MT, nude, T-cell receptor (TCR)-beta(-/-), major histocompatibility complex (MHC)-I(-/-) and MHC-II(-/-) mice.
