A 43-year-old male su¤ered from sudden headache, nausea and vomiting two days before admission to an emergency service. Computed tomographic (CT) showed a subarachnoid hemorrhage filling the anterior supratentorial, prepontine and perimesencephalic cisterns (Fig. 1).
