This is a report of three cervical pregnancies, one of which was a heterotopic twin cervical pregnancy that occurred in combination with a single intrauterine pregnancy. Transvaginal ultrasound examination was sufficient to establish the diagnosis in two of three patients, and MRI scanning was conclusive in the third.
