OBJECTIVES: To determine if a shorter interval between Kawasaki Disease (KD) treatment with intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) and fever onset results in increased treatment failures, need for adjunctive therapy (ADJ) or development of coronary artery lesions (CAL).
