Advanced High Strength Steels (AHSS) are being used in industry for their strength and low weight, but correctly predicting their final geometry after forming still requires further study. Moreover, air bending generates a nonperfect geometry by nature which is difficult to determine, so there is a need for alternate ways of measurement. Image recognition software is widely used for biomedical and biometrics applications and has proven to measure and characterize different aspects of an image…
