Schizophrenia is a severe mental illness associated with multiple neuropathological, neurochemical and genetic abnormalities. The benefits of a validated, quantitative diagnosis tool are well established. Electrovestibulography, a new method similar to ECOG, can detect and record neural activity generated by the vestibular system.
