Photoaccumulation at 205 K in the presence of dithionite produces EPR signals in anaerobically prepared membranes from Chlorobium limicola and Heliobacterium chlorum that resemble the EPR spectrum of phyllosemiquinone (A1*-) photoaccumulated in photosystem I.
