Introduction: Endometriosis is one of the most mysterious and fascinating benign gynaecological disorders defined by implantation of functioning endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity. The incidence is about 10%, but awareness of more cases is increasing on acco incidence is 20% and is 15% in women with chronic pelvic pain (CPP).
