BACKGROUND It is becoming increasingly evident that microRNAs (miRNAs) are associated with the development and progression of prostate cancer (PCa). METHODS We examined the hypothesis that plasma miRNA levels can differentiate patients by aggressiveness in 82 PCa patients.
