The dynamic adsorption of the anionic biosurfactant, surfactin, at the air–water interface has been investigated in this work and compared to those of two synthetic surfactants: the anionic sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate (SDBS) and the nonionic octaethylene glycol monotetradecyl ether (C14E8).
