This study examined whether neck resistance training could increase strength and reduce pain in workers with a high prevalence of neck disorders. Middle-aged women workers (n = 17) exercised twice weekly for 8 weeks. Each session (12min) consisted of three sets of 12 repetitions of resisted rotation, flexion, and extension muscles using hydraulic dampers.
