Optical properties of a localized surface plasmon (LSP) in metallic nanoparticles (MNPs) are widely used for applications in the biosensor, the medical therapy, the plasmonic optical devices and so on. If we can dynamically control a collective behavior of LSP by assembling lots of MNPs under thermal fluctuations, we would realize a variety of applications based on the tunable strong light scattering and absorption at room temperature.
