PURPOSE To noninvasively assess bone marrow microcirculation before and after therapy in patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma with dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI). EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN Ninety-six patients received DCE-MRI before and after primary treatment for newly diagnosed multiple myeloma.
