The second edition of Dr Meyers' book is welcome. The first edition became enormously popular, since it had great applications to ultrasonography and computed tomography of the abdomen as well as then-conventional radiologic techniques. Ultrasound and computed tomography have matured considerably in the last six years and have become extremely important in abdominal imaging.
