  • We propose a novel multiagent system for controlling multiagent service-provisioning systems while continuing to provide service. The new method uses “control possibility” and “control effect” to reduce the degradation of Quality of Service to the absolute minimum. We evaluate the effectiveness of the new method by implementing it in a multimedia communication system.
