Mobile Ad-hoc network (MANET) is a collection of mobile nodes that are dynamically and arbitrarily located in such a manner that interconnections between the nodes are capable of changing on continuous basis. In this paper, different channel allocation schemes are studied and how they are implemented in mobile ad hoc network and cellular network.
