Dynamic Analysis and Study on Shaft's Torsional Vibration of Electrical Traction Shearer's Motor-Rocker and Deceleration System

Abstract

In order to prevent and monitor the faults of the cutting unit of the motor and deceleration system of the shearer, this study analyses the shaft’s torsional vibration transmission and provides a mechanical model of concentrated mass for EDW-150-2L Series electrical traction shearer’s motor and deceleration system. Take the cutting resistance with simple harmonic vibration for example. The torsional vibration equation of shaft’s output terminal is deduced theoretically and analyses its vibration type.
