Low alkali DH reactive dyes are applied to cotton dyeing at 80 ℃. The influences of dosages of sodium sulphate and sodium carbonate,dyeing temperature and time on K/S value are discussed. The optimum dyeing process is determined with orthogonal experiments as follows: liquor ratio 1:20,sodium carbonate 3 g/L,sodium sulphate 80 g/L,fixation at 80 ℃ for 40 min.
