THERE ARE TWO APPROACHES TO LAPAROSCOPIC DONOR NEPHRECTOMY: standard laparoscopic donor nephrectomy (LDN) and hand-assisted laparoscopic donor nephrectomy (HALDN). In this study we report the operative statistics and donor complications associated with LDN and HALDN from large-center peer-reviewed publications. Methods.
