Abstract The glass forming region in the LiCl /1b Li 2 O /1b P 2 O 5 system was determined. Glass transition temperature was obtained from differential thermal analysis studies. The determination of the electrical conductivity as a function of the temperature and the composition in Li 2 O and LiCl was carried out.
