Doing time: health care in the criminal justice system.

Abstract

Prisoners over the age of 60 are the fastest growing age group in prison, but they face isolation and discrimination because their specialist health, social and resettlement needs are not being met. This article explores the problems faced by this group and highlights examples of good practice.
