OBJECTIVE To evaluate, in a long-term follow-up of T1 high-grade bladder cancer treated in a prospective, randomized trial, whether fluorescence diagnosis (FD) increases recurrence-free survival (RFS) or reduces progression to muscle-invasive stages.
