Aromatase inhibitors (AIs) are the indispensible part of hormone-responsive breast cancer treatment. A potential relation between autoimmunity and AIs has been described before. Herein, we report a case of Sjogren's syndrome (SjS) and polyneuropathy which developed during treatment with anastrozole.
