Methodology: An experimental study design, 30 subjects with sub-acute stroke with impaired hand function randomly allocated 15 subjects into each experimental group and conventional group. Both groups received conventional physiotherapy. The experimental group in addition, received Mirror Therapy program of 30 repetition of each exercises per day for 5 days in a week for 4 weeks (total = 20 sessions).
