It is generally accepted that a limited number of T cell epitopes are generated by APC from an immunogenic protein. To ascertain the number of determinants on OVA recognized in the context of the H-2s haplotype, we generated 19 T-T hybridomas against OVA and H-2s and we synthesized 46 overlapping peptides spanning the entire protein.
