We propose an image hashing algorithm that is based on distri buted compression principles. The algorithm assumes the availab ility of a robust feature vector extracted from the image. Then a suit ble dither sequence is added to this feature vector, and the resu lting dithered feature vector is compressed using distributed co mpression principles.
