The objective of this study was to develop an inventory of the wetlands found in Swaziland and to review the legislation and policies applied to effectively utilise and conserve these resources. The study was implemented through a desk-review of literature, analysis of existing maps and satellite images. Detailed field surveys were conducted to verify and complement desk-review findings.
