1 Applications requiring network Quality of Service (QoS) (e.g. telepresence, cloud computing, etc.) are becoming mainstream. To support their deployment, network operators must automatically negotiate end-to-end QoS contracts (aka. Service Level Agreements, SLAs) and configure their networks accordingly.
