  • The major contribution of this paper is distributed power allocation for a multi-user multi-channel Cognitive Radio (CR) network which deploys overlay spectrum sharing by the Primary Users (PUs) and Secondary Users (SUs), and Frequency Division Multiplexing Access (FDMA) for the SUs.
