  • For bulk AC/DC hybrid transmission systems with high wind power penetration, this paper presents a distributed dispatch approach to the security-constrained unit commitment (SCUC) problem. To fully use the flexible adjustment capability of the HVDC tie-line to promote inter-regional wind power accommodation, an operation model for the HVDC tie-line is presented.
