Background:We aimed to better discriminate (occult) metastasised from non-metastasised seminoma based on transcriptional changes of small RNAs in the primary tumour.Methods:Total RNAs including small RNAs were isolated from five testicular tumours of each, lymphogenic, occult and non-metastasised patients.
