OBJECTIVE AND IMPORTANCE Percutaneous gangliolysis procedures may rarely be associated with vascular complications. There are three reported cases of carotid cavernous fistulas occurring after percutaneous microcompressive trigeminal gangliolysis. This is the only reported case of this complication associated with microcompression gangliolysis.
