Abstract

Diphosphoryl lipid A derived from nontoxic lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Rhodopseudomonas sphaeroides ATCC 17023 did not stimulate the murine pre-B cell line 70Z/3 to synthesize surface immunoglobulin or kappa mRNA.
