Abstract

The hydrolysis of 1,2-dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) catalyzed by Streptomyces chromofuscus phospholipase D (PLD) has been investigated using monolayer techniques and polarization-modulated infrared absorption reflection spectroscopy.
