This Paper presents a new digital image scrambling algorithm based on Sequence Generation. Using this technique Scrambling is possible both in pixel location and Pixel values. By providing suitable key based on sequence generation descrambling is done with zero mean square error. Experimental results show that this new algorithm is efficient in scrambling and descrambling process for secure transformation of images.
