OBJECTIVE To determine if diffusion tensor imaging can differentiate patients with chronic cognitive impairment after mild traumatic brain injury (TBI) from normal controls. METHODS Ten patients with persistent cognitive impairment after mild TBI were evaluated at least 2 years after injury.
