To identify novel tyrosine kinase substrates that have never been implicated in cancer, we studied the phosphoproteomic changes in the MCF10AT model of breast cancer progression using a combination of phosphotyrosyl affinity enrichment, iTRAQ technology, and LC-MS/MS.
