A differential detection method for three wheat viruses: Wheat yellow mosaic virus (WYMV), Japanese soil-borne mosaic virus (JSBWMV) and Chinese wheat mosaic virus (CWMV) using reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) reaction was developed.
