Fusarium graminearum is an important disease globally that causes serious damages on crops particularly on wheat. Currently, the mechanisms underlying resistance to Fusarium head blight (FHB) are still unknown. To understand the host response to challenge by F.graminearum, we examined enzymatic activities in the wheat spikelet following inoculation with F.graminearum macroconidia.
