Objective and Design: Cyclosporin, FK-506 and rapamycin have similar but distinct modes of interaction with cyclophilins, calcineurins and transcription factors. These immunosuppressive drugs have also been shown to inhibit cytotoxic and inflammatory responses in macrophage.
