Tocochromanols are a group of lipid-soluble antioxidants that include tocopherols, tocotrienols and plastochromanol-8. Here, we examined a putative differential accumulation of tocochromanols in photosynthetic and non-photosynthetic tissues (including leaves and whole fruits) of strawberry (Fragaria x ananassa cv.
