High-statistics differential cross sections and spin-density matrix elements for the reaction γp→pω have been measured using the CEBAF large acceptance spectrometer (CLAS) at Jefferson Lab for center-of-mass (c.m.) energies from threshold up to 2.84 GeV. Results are reported in 112 10-MeV wide c.m. energy bins, each subdivided into cosθωc.m. bins of width 0.1. These are the most precise and extensive ω photoproduction measurements to date. A number of prominent structures are clearly present in…
FIRST MEASUREMENTS OF THE ρ3 SPIN DENSITY MATRIX ELEMENTS IN γp → pω USING CLAS AT JLAB
In an effort towards a "complete" experiment for the ω meson, we present studies from an experiment with an unpolarized target and a circularly polarized photon beam (g1c), carried out using the

Measurement of Spin Density Matrix Elements in the Reaction γp → K+ Λ(1520) Using CLAS at Jefferson Lab
This work presents a measurement of the spin density matrix elements of the Λ(1520) in the reaction γp → KΛ(1520). The elements measured are ρ11, Re(ρ31), and Re(ρ3−1). The spin density matrix
Polarization observables in ω photo-production
The total cross section of ω photo-production off proton shows several bumps in the incoming photon energy range 1.1–2.5 GeV, which can be ascribed to the contribution of intermediate proton excited

Electroproduction of baryonic excitation studied via the Omega-Meson decay channel
The differential cross-section for p(e, eω)p has been studied at Q ∼ 5.5 (GeV/c). Here Q represents the four momentum squared of the virtual photon in the excitation of baryonic resonances by an
