trichloroacetic acid containing 5 mM-EDTA and 1 mM-phytic acid. Phytic acid was added to protect labelled inositolphosphates. Aftercentrifugation to removetrichloroacetic acid-insoluble material, trichloroacetic acid was removed from theextracts by four ether extractions.
