The effects of repeated treatment of rats with 8-hydroxy-2-(di-n-propylamino)tetralin (8-OH-DPAT), 1.0 mg/kg, subcutaneously, twice daily for 7 days, on the stimulation of post- and presynaptic 5-HT1A receptors were examined.
